Please refer to the revised itinerary from the Skytrain to BC Place (through Terry Fox Plaza) below:

Get off at the Burrard Street Station
Take the 5 Downtown bus (Burrard Station Bay 7)
Get off at Cambie St. cor. Dunsmuir St.

For more information and the latest updates on the elevator replacement, visit translink.ca/elevators.

DRESS ACCORDINGLY
Be reminded that BC Place is an open-air stadium regardless if the roof is open or closed. Dress accordingly based on temperature outdoors.

CASHLESS VENUE
BC Place is a cashless venue. Cash-to-card stations available at Sections 235 and 446.

REUSABLE CUP PROGRAM
All draft beer, cocktails, and wine are served in reusable cups. After enjoying their beverage, guests are asked to drop their cup in the designated reusable cups bins around the stadium. The reusable cup program eliminates the need for new materials and manufacturing for each serving, helping conserve valuable environmental resources, while also keeping beverages colder for longer.

HIDDEN DISABILITIES SUNFLOWER
The HDS is a global initiative that uses a sunflower symbol to discreetly indicate that someone has a non-visible disability and may need additional support, understanding and/or time. Guests will be able to access a Sunflower lanyard from Guest Services (Sections 234 and 446), which they can either keep or loan.

HEARING LOOP
Assistive listening technology is available for guests with hearing aids visiting Guest Services at Section 234 and 446, and at Gate H Will Call.

SENSORY AWARENESS
Sensory kits available until supplies last at Guest Services at Section 234 and 446. Guests may also request access to the BC Place Sensory Room near the Section 250 ramp.

INADMISSIBLE PATRON PROGRAM
BC Place is a member of the Inadmissible Patron Program. An Inadmissible Patron is defined as a person whose lifestyle, associations and/or activities pose a risk to public safety, either directly or from third parties. This includes people who are involved with or associated to organized crime, gangs, and the drug trade. Vancouver Police will be on site and assisting in the enforcement of this program. Anyone identified as an Inadmissible Patron by police will be denied entry/evicted from the venue and will not receive any refund or compensation.
