BC Place is where the world comes together for the biggest and best events in British Columbia. We are committed to ensuring Guests have the best experience possible. For those Guests who require assistance with mobility and access, we are pleased to offer the following:

ENTRANCES AND FACILITIES
Gates A, B, and H can be accessed most directly via Beatty St.
Gates C, D, and E can be accessed most directly via Pacific Blvd.

A dedicated Accessible Drop-Off and Pick-Up is located at section 147 – see ACCESSIBLE DROP-OFF AND PICK-UP information below.
All seating levels and washrooms have accessible options. Accessible, universal, and family washrooms can be found on every level of the stadium concourse.

ACCESSIBLE DROP-OFF AND PICK-UP
The accessible drop-off/pick-up facility is located at section 147 of BC Place. Vehicles can access the drop-off/pick-up facility from street level on Pacific Boulevard. There is no parking at the drop-off/pick-up facility.
From this entrance, all levels of concourse seating are accessible via elevator. 

ACCESSIBLE PARKING
Accessible parking stalls are available at a number of parking lots near BC Place, serviced by:
EasyPark
Impark
Westpark

ACCESSIBLE SEATING
Guests with mobility challenges can now access virtually any vantage point in the seating area. Accessible seating platforms are integrated into the main stadium seating throughout the spectator bowl. One attendant ticket is available for purchase with each ticket purchased for the Accessible platforms. In order to accommodate groups larger than two, please speak with your Ticketmaster representative, when purchasing your tickets. Your Ticketmaster representative will work with you to seat your party as close as possible.

SERVICE DOGS AND ANIMALS
Certified service dogs (or service dogs in training) are permitted inside BC Place. All other animals are prohibited.

SENSORY AWARENESS
Sensory bags containing fidget tools and noise-cancelling headphones are available, until supplies last, for checkout at no cost by leaving an ID at our any Guest Services Desk location in the Stadium. Guests in need of a quiet space or who may feel overstimulated or overwhelmed at our events may request access to the BC Place Sensory Room near the Section 250 ramp.

LACTATION PODS
Lactation pods are located at Sections 225 and 252, providing breastfeeding guests with an option for a clean, private, & secure space to pump or nurse.
The pods have ample turnaround space for a wheelchair, or stroller, or family in tow.
To access, guests simply need to download the Mamava app, select their desired pod, and the app will provide a code to punch in to unlock.

WHEELCHAIR ASSISTANCE
BC Place has a limited number of wheelchairs to assist Guests to their seats if required. At this time, BC Place does not have wheelchair storage space available.
Should you require assistance in getting to your seating area, please inform a member of the BC Place Hosting team who will be happy to help!
Level 3 suites have removable seats to allow for wheelchair seating. Please contact BC Place prior to your event at guestservices@bcplace.com and our staff will prepare your suite for you.

STROLLER PARKING
Stroller parking is available at certain events. Please consult the Guest Information and FAQ for your specific event.
