KNOW BEFORE YOU GO

5:30 pm: All gates open (except for Gate F)
7 pm: Show starts

EARLY ARRIVAL
Plan to arrive early so you don’t miss any of the show. Parking and street access by car may be limited as there are several events happening in the stadium district.

NEW SECURITY & TURNSTILE ENTRY PROCESS
BC Place features new security screening and electronic turnstiles at entry points as part of recent venue upgrades.

For ease of entry, please enter through the gate indicated on your ticket. Guests are encouraged to re-download their mobile tickets prior to arrival to ensure the most up-to-date gate information is displayed.

At security screening:
At the gates, guests are asked to keep their personal items, including their stadium-permitted bags, on their person as they walk through the security detection system, and on to the electronic turnstiles. See below for more on the stadium clear bag policy.

At the turnstiles:
If the electronic tickets are in your Mobile Wallet, tap your phone near the contactless reader at the top of the turnstile screen.
If the electronic tickets are on the Ticketmaster app or if using physical tickets, scan using the barcode reader at the bottom of the turnstile screen.
If tapping or scanning multiple tickets on one phone, please wait for the green light and allow one guest in your group through the turnstile, before moving to the next ticket.
There are no in-and-out privileges once a ticket has been scanned in.
