BC Place lights up in advance of NF Awareness Day

BC Place will light up blue and green tonight in advance of NF Awareness Day on Sunday, May 17th.
NF Awareness Day is an initiative dedicated to raising awareness and educating the public about, Neurofibromatosis (NF). NF is a genetic disorder that causes tumours to grow on nerves throughout the body, and may cause blindness, deafness, bone abnormalities, disfigurement, learning disabilities, disabling pain and cancer. More than 15,000 Canadians, and two million people worldwide, battle this disorder.
