BC Place lights up red for Dyslexia Awareness

BC Place will light up red in support of the "Mark it Read for Dyslexia" campaign for Dyslexia Awareness Month on Monday, October 21st.

For the 1 in 5 kids struggling with dyslexia, the teacher's red pen is a constant reminder of the lack of awareness and support needed for them to actually learn to read, write and spell with their peers and be successful in school and in life. This is what led to the creation of the "Mark it Read for Dyslexia" campaign which sees landmarks across the country light up red for dyslexia awareness during the month of October.
