BC Place glows teal for Dysautonomia Awareness Month

BC Place will glow teal on Thursday, October 4th in support of Dysautonomia Awareness Month.

Dysautonomia is a term used to describe several different medical conditions that cause a malfunction of the Autonomic Nervous System, which controls the "automatic" functions of the body. This can include functions like heart rate, blood pressure, digestion, dilation and constriction of the pupils of the eye, kidney function, and temperature control. Over 70 million people worldwide live with various forms of dysautonomia.
