BC Place lights up red and blue for Pulmonary Fibrosis Awareness

BC Place will light up red and blue tonight in support of Pulmonary Fibrosis Awareness Month.

Pulmonary Fibrosis is a type of lung disease that affects the interstitium of the lung (the space between the air sacs in the lung). It is a terminal disease that effects 30,000 Canadians. There is no cure and once diagnosed patients have on average 2 to 5 years to live.
