Mobile Ticketing Information
HSBC Canada Sevens has gone mobile! In order to access BC Place on event day, and use the scan in / out privileges until 3pm, fans will need to show their ticket on their mobile device. The easiest way to do this is to add your ticket to your Apple / Google wallet.
In order to get started, log onto your Account Manager page via your phone by clicking this link, and click MY TICKETS. At the bottom you will see an "Add to Apple / Google Wallet". If you have purchased Single Day tickets, these can be found by logging into your Ticketmaster account here or through the Ticketmaster app. It is recommended all guests download their tickets onto Apple Wallet, Google Pay, Samsung Pay or Android Wallet beforehand for a smooth and hassle free entrance.
Understandably, not all fans have mobile devices. If you require printed tickets, Will Call at Gate H will be open to print tickets on match day. In order for tickets to be printed, you will need to already have transferred them into your account, have the account number and present a piece of Government ID.

In/Out Policy
Fans will be able to enter, exit and re-enter BC Place until 3PM on Saturday and Sunday. Fans who choose to leave after 3PM will not be allowed to re-enter the stadium.
Example: If you leave at 2:59pm you are permitted one re-entry at any time for the remainder of the event day. If you leave at 3:01pm you will NOT be permitted to re-enter.
Fans are required to have their tickets on their mobile device to scan in and scan out. Individual tickets must be used by one guest only and cannot be used by multiple guests. Original mobile tickets are required for re-entry into the stadium.
