BC Sports Hall of Fame: Paddles Up! The Canadian International Dragon Boat Festival Exhibit

Paddles Up! The Canadian International Dragon Boat Festival Exhibit at BC Sports Hall of Fame will officially open on Friday, February 12th, coinciding with the Year of the Ox and Family Day weekend.

The brand new exhibit explores the festival’s history since the sport’s arrival at Expo 86. Discover unique artifacts, including two full-sized dragon boats, hear stories from athletes of all backgrounds, and learn about the festival’s cultural heritage.

Paddles Up! The Canadian International Dragon Boat Festival Exhibit is produced in collaboration with the BC Sports Hall of Fame, and supported by Concord Pacific, the Government of Canada, the Government of British Columbia, and City of Vancouver.
