November Project Vancouver tackles the stairs at BC Place

July 12th, 2019

Over 35 members of November Project Vancouver challenged themselves by running the stadium stairs during the early hours of Friday, July 12th. The group spent just under an hour running over 54 sections of steep stairs on the 400 level. One participant claimed the workout was harder than the Grouse Grind! It was a great effort by everyone who took part in the fitness event.
