BC Place and Centerplate are excited to join the BC Lions in supporting the Purolator Tackle Hunger program which benefits local food banks.
Fans can participate by bringing non-perishable and cash donations to the game against the Winnipeg Blue Bombers on Saturday July 14th at 7:00PM.
You can also make a cash donation online at bclion.com/tacklehunger. Your $2 donation gives our local food banks $6 worth of buying power to help those in need.
Who is turning to food banks? Families with children, individuals with wages that are not sufficient to cover basic living essentials, individuals on social assistance and Canadians living on a fixed income - which includes people with disabilities and seniors. Let’s team up to help Tackle Hunger!
