Can I bring my assistance dog into the stadium?

Yes, PADS (Pacific Assistance Dogs Society) dogs are permitted inside the stadium. You will be required to purchase an accessible platform seat. To purchase a spot on the accessible platform please call Ticketmaster Accessible at 1-855-682-6736. One attendant ticket is available with each wheelchair platform assignment. See ‘What if I want to sit with more than one person?’ below.

Is there accessible parking at the stadium?

There are a limited number of accessible parking spots available at the stadium. It is recommended that you arrive as early as possible to secure a spot. There is additional parking available at Edgewater Casino just across Pacific Boulevard. BC Place strongly recommends that all guests parking at Edgewater Casino use the overhead walkway to cross Pacific Boulevard. BC Place has a dedicated accessible entrance located on Pacific Boulevard at parking lot 457 for passenger drop-off.

Are there accessible or disabled seating areas located in the stadium?

Dedicated 'accessible' seating areas are available for guests with disabilities that require assistance. Accessible seating is located at various vantage points throughout the spectator bowl. One attendant ticket may be sold with each wheelchair ticket and a seat will be provided for the guest's assistant.

If I use a wheelchair, do I have to buy a wheelchair ticket?

If you use a wheelchair as your primary means of mobility you will require a specific wheelchair assignment on one of the stadium’s accessible platforms. These platforms are designed for ease of access and unobstructed view of the event. To purchase a space on the accessible platform, call Ticketmaster Accessible at 1-855-682-6736. One attendant ticket may be purchased with each wheelchair platform assignment.

Can I take my wheelchair into a private suite?

Absolutely! Please call the BC Place Guest Services line on 604-661-3401 or email stadium@bcpavco.com and let us know: what event you are attending (including date) and under which name the suite has been booked. Please let us know at least a week in advance so that we have time to ensure the suite is configured for wheelchair seating.

What if I want to sit with more than one person?

When you are speaking with your Ticketmaster representative, let them know how many people are in your party. Only one attendant ticket may be sold with each wheelchair assignment on the platform to ensure all other guests with mobility restrictions can be accommodated. However, the accessible platforms are located directly in front of full rows of seats. In order to accommodate groups larger than two, the Ticketmaster agent will work with you to seat your party behind you, or as close as possible.

Where is the Ticketmaster Box Office located?

The Ticketmaster Box Office at BC Place is located at 765 Pacific Blvd and is open Monday-Friday 9am-5pm. Additional box offices for events days are located at Gates A, B, G and H. Please note that operation times for these offices will vary based on the event.

Where can I find the nearest taxi stand?

A taxi stand is located at the Plaza of Nations on Pacific Boulevard. Guests are asked to cross Pacific Boulevard via the overhead walkway, which can be accessed from the outer concourse neat Gate E (near section 235).

How much does parking cost?

The cost to park in lots closest to the stadium during events ranges from $10.00 to $30.00. Other nearby parking lots vary from $3.00 to $6.00.

Does BC Place provide WiFi?

BC Place offers free WiFi for many events. Please reference the event FAQ prior to the event you are attending.

Where is the Lost and Found?

Lost and Found Services is located at the Guest Services Info Booth, located on Level 2 at section 234. For lost and found services after an event please email stadium@bcpavco.com or call 604.661.7303.

Once inside, am I able to leave the stadium?

For most events, including concerts, Vancouver Whitecaps FC matches and BC Lions games, there are no in/out privileges. Once you leave the stadium you may not re-enter except for emergencies.

Ticketing & Seating

Can BC Place verify tickets I bought from a reseller?

No. The only way to verify authenticity is to have the ticket scanned at the gate on the day of the event. BC Place strongly recommends that guests purchase tickets from Ticketmaster, as Ticketmaster is the authorized ticket vendor for events at the Stadium.

How are BC Place’s seats arranged by numbers, letters and rows?

Rows on Level 2 start with A at the front and continue back (A, B, C, etc.) to the entrance tunnel. Rows located adjacent to the entrance tunnel begin with AA and continue back (AA, BB, CC, etc.) to the back of the section.

Club Seating on Level 3 starts with row A at the dividing rail between the Level 2 stands (A, B, C, etc.). Rows located adjacent to the entrance tunnel begin with AA and continue back (AA, BB, CC, etc.) to the back of the section.

Rows on Level 4 begin with A at the front and continue to row E at the entrance tunnel. Row AA is located adjacent to the entrance tunnel and continues back to row ZZ.

What to bring

Are bags or backpacks allowed into the stadium?

Yes, small bags and backpacks are permitted however they must be no bigger than 14" x 14" x 6". Please note that all bags are subject to be searched by Security upon entry into the stadium. Guests carrying prohibited items will be denied entry and no refunds provided.
