    Can I purchase tickets on the day of the event?

    Yes, tickets will be available at the BC Place Box Offices at Gate A & H starting at 1:30pm

    What are the Ticketmaster box office hours on the day of the event?

    The Ticketmaster office located at 777 Pacific Blvd will be open from 9am to 1:30pm on the day of the event. Box offices at Gates A & H will be open from 1:30pm to intermission. Gates B,C, D & G will be open from 4:30 to show start.

    I have tickets to the Monster Jam Pit Party, where do I enter the stadium?

    Total Access Pass ticket holders are to enter through Gate A from 2pm-3pm. Gates A & E will be open from 3:00-4:45 for entrance into the Monster Jam Pit Party.

    Where is Will Call located for this event?

    Will Call is located at Gate H of the stadium just off of Terry Fox Plaza and will be open from 1:30pm to the end of intermission.

    What time do gates open for Monster Jam?

    • Total Access Pass ticket holders - Early access to Pit Party - 2pm-3pm (Gate A only)
    • Pit Party - 3pm-5pm. (must have a ticket for both the Pit Party & Monster Jam. Pit Party tickets are available in advance through Ticketmaster or at the Box Office) Pit Party ticket sales stop at 4:30pm. Last entry to Pit Party at 4:45pm
    • Guests will be allowed to exit the Pit Party & re-enter for Monster Jam. Please make sure you get your hand stamped on exit. Exiting permitted between 2pm-5pm only. No re-entry between 5pm-5:30pm.
    • Gates re-open for Monster Jam at 5:30pm
    • Main event starts at 7pm but come early to enjoy pre-show events!

    Can I bring outside food and beverage items into the stadium?

    No, outside food and beverage items are not permitted. A wide selection of foods and beverages, including gluten free, vegetarian and healthy snacks, are available for purchase once inside the stadium.

    Does BC Place have an accessible entrance?

    BC Place provides a dedicated ‘Accessible’ entrance along Pacific Blvd that allows for persons with disabilities to be delivered and collected right at the entrance.

    Is accessible parking available for Monster Jam?

    Accessible parking with be available in Lot 457 for this event - located on Pacific Blvd. We advise arriving early as accessible parking will be limited.

    Where is the best place to park for an event at BC Place?

    Will ear protection be provided at this event?

    Yes - ear protection will be available at the Monster Jam merchandise booths located on both the Level 2 and Level 4 concourses.

    What method of payment does BC Place accept at their concessions?

    Debit is no longer accepted at our concession stands as we have upgraded our point of sale systems. BC Place now only accepts cash or credit. ATM’s will be available at various locations on the concourse for your convience.
