We are proud to partner with the Pacific Autism Family Network (PAFN) to provide a range of services and specialized resources designed to support guests living with autism - as well as their families - enjoy live events in comfort.
In addition to enhanced staff training and awareness programs, BC Place now offers sensory support resources for guests with sensory sensitivities. These resources include:
- Sensory Kits - available for guests to borrow from BC Place Guest Services located at section 234. The Sensory Kits are uniquely designed to assist guests who are sensitive to sensory inputs. Each kit contains noise-blocking earphones (for loan), a sensory toy, ID bracelet, sunglasses and an emotions card.

To access these resources while attending events at BC Place, guests will be asked to leave a government issued I.D. as a deposit which will be returned when borrowed items are returned to our Guest Services desk.
